At The Graphic Ace we pride ourselves on quality and customer service. The best way to do this is by getting all the information from a customer in which we will need to provide a fast and accurate quote. Below are a few steps to help you submit a quality quote request so that we can provide a quick and quality quote.
MOCK UPS & ART
Screen printing is a visual business. Sending us artwork on a digital t-shirt, otherwise known as a mock up, is a plus and allows us to visually see what the print looks like and see how you want the design placed on the t-shirt. Please save this in jpeg form. Also include the working art file. Adobe Illustrator vectorized art is always best but Adobe Photoshop is fine as well. If using Photoshop make sure all colors are on their own layers, art is min. 300 dpi, and your art board is the actual size you want it printed.
YOU DON'T HAVE ARTWORK?
Thats not a problem at all. Here at The Graphic Ace we offer top notch graphic support for any order. From final touch ups to a complete design we can facilitate your needs. Artwork is provided for a small fee of $25 an hour.
HOW MANY ITEMS?
Quantity is the major price factor in screen printing. Simply put, the more you get the cheaper they are. When providing the information for a quote be sure to include the EXACT number of items you need in your order.
Do I GET TO SEE MY DESIGN?
Before any orders go to the press you will receive a visual proof via E-Mail to inspect your design for any errors. Once we receive a proof confirmation we will begin printing your design on the garment or item of your choice.
